 Values and Principles Statement

The foundation on which Sevacare was built was to provide ethnically and culturally appropriate domiciliary care services to the BME elderly residents throughout England and Wales. Our domiciliary care experience now transcends an extremely wide range of service users and cultures, whilst our operational ethics ensure that we run services in ways that recognise the diversity, choices and needs of the people we support.  We now have a total of 46 branches nationwide and are one of the fastest growing provider of home support services in the UK.

People who use our services are valued members of their communities and families. Our role is to meet their needs, to support them in ways they find acceptable and to enable them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. The service we provide is supportive, flexible and enables people to make best use of their abilities and improve their quality of life and well-being.
